2. The incoming and outfeed components are installed and adjusted according to the shape diagram in this manual.

3. Add new lubricating oil to each lubrication point.

4. Rotate the machine with the rocker handle to check whether the machine is running in the correct direction (facing the motor spindle is counterclockwise), and the machine must protect the ground.

Analysis of the reasons why the filling volume of the filling machine is not accurate or does not produce:

1. The speed throttle valve and the filling interval throttle valve are not closed, and the throttle valve cannot be closed.

2, quick installation of three-way control valve is not a foreign body, if there is, please sort out, fast three-way control valve and filling head of the leather pipe is not air, if there is air, try to reduce or sweep the air.

3. Check whether all sealing rings are damaged, if there is damage, please replace the new one.

4, the filling nozzle spool has a jam appearance or delayed opening, if there is a jam, the spool should be installed from the head to the direction. If the opening is delayed, the thin cylinder throttle valve needs to be adjusted.

5. The elasticity of the upper and lower tightening coil springs in the three-way control valve is quickly installed, and the check valve with excessive elasticity will not be opened.

6, the filling speed is not too fast, adjust the filling speed throttle valve, reduce the filling speed.

7, all the clamps, leather tube buckle can be sealed, if any, please correct.

8, the magnetic switch is not loose, please lock after each adjustment.
