With the continuous enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection, foam plastic cushioning and lining can no longer adapt to the packaging requirements of low-carbon environmental protection. Most of the paper cushioning pads used on the market are made of honeycomb cardboard stamped by special stamping equipment and molds. However, the lateral pressure strength of single honeycomb paperboard products decreases with the increase of aperture, and the washing machine product cannot be reliably fixed, and this paper-based buffer packaging liner is not beautiful, the waterproof performance is also poor, and it is easy to tilt for a long time stack storage.

In view of the application status of paper cushioning liners, and according to the packaging requirements of washing machine products, by combining corrugated cardboard and honeycomb cardboard, and aiming at industrial production, a new type of paper cushioning packaging line is designed, and its mechanized production line scheme is proposed.
